Extremely nice staff, but they had no power to do I stayed at this hotel from June 29 until July 9. My room was never cleaned. I had to have my key reset almost on a daily basis. This hotels were understaffed. I saw the cleaning lady on July 7. Ask her if she could clean my room she was instructed to only clean rooms that were checked out.

Overbooked. Hotels.com was blamed for booking when no room was avail

Our room was run down. I do not own pets but apparently this hotel is dog-friendly and the room we were given smelled like dog. Door looked like someone had tried to break in before and had lots of apparent dog scratches on the bottom. Overall room smelled bad and didn't feel or look to be very clean.

Never got toilet paper never have choice reserved a room didn’t have a room appeared had no toilet paper in the room. No covers, and the kitchen was not working at all.

This hotel was dirty and garbages all over the place.

Overall Dirty. Old hotel and the carpet was disgusting. Trash piled up next to the elevator. Really disgusting.

Horrible stay the worst I had reserved a Queen they put me in a full then I get in the room there are roaches in it I asked for another room and none were available then I asked for money back then he she talked to manager the next day and she didn’t show so I never got my refund

The property is dirty and the rooms need to be remodeled and the free cotton breakfast is a joke. They don’t have hardly anything
