Property was not clean, staff not cooperative, no breakfast

Unprofessional! Got checked into the room i wanted and it wasnt cleaned. I got checked into another room and the receptionist didnt remember that he switched my room so he kept checking in several guests into my room. Then the maid came into my room while i was in bed undressed with out knocking. By the time i feel asleep from suffering from sleep deprivation, the maintenance came banging on the door, only to learn that they still have my room as checked out from the last guest. I thought the room was worth the price I paid. However, there was no hot water for a shower. I told staff the next morning, and it was never fixed. No hand soap. The light ended up not working by the bed. The location was perfect for my trip.

I didn't like the fact tgat the Manager had an attitude before 1 word came out of my mouth; when we got to the room, in the freezing temps this Christmas, there was NO blanket on the bed, just a sheet and a textured sheet. When calling the office to ask for a blanket, the manager decides to start arguing with me, that a textured sheet is a blanket. Very run down. Name implies suite but only 1 room with a stove top and frig. No silverware or plates. First room given was not cleaned, 2nd room was better but I dropped water on the floor and wiped it an towel came up black. Fire alarm went off 3 X's between 4:45 & 5 am. Clerk told us it was testing. That has never happened in a hotel , and there was no warning. We checked in at 11 pm and out by 6 am next morning
