The room was dirty and littered with cockroaches. bed mattress looked like someone was murdered in it. Neighboring room tenants were smoking weed. I want my money back

This place was just something else. The employees were so rude. To start off with the rooms had roaches everywhere in the bathroom on the night stand, one even got on my charger cord and tried to go to the bed. While using the toilet one even almost got on me. The tv in the room did not work, I went to ask about it and talked to three different employees and one said they would have it checked out the other said they would call the service provider and should be working. Worst ever Upon check-in at 7:00pm we were informed the room we were assigned had a double bed, not the queen we booked on Hotels.com. Little did we know the rooms booked here are NOT guaranteed. Other fun mentionable are: toilet would not flush toilet paper, dead German roach by the sink, freezer covered in over an inch of ice, no ice bucket or plastic cups, and little black bugs under the table. I opened the doors, it's difficult to open, i have to ask one of a women cleaning to open for me, staying in the room for 30 minutes, couldn't stay any longer, because it has roaches climbing around the walls, and the rooms and bathroom it's dirty and holes on the walls of the bathroom..so I asked the receptionist to refund, and i returned the entry cards. She told me that's she will give me full refunds, but she can't print out the receipts, so i just left...it's was so dirty outside and inside..

The whole time we syayed was a bery bad stay always fire alarms going off nothing,worked leaks no applanices.Told mangment disnt work. Some staff very rude, others were very nice. I dont think i will be staying there again. Not what you would expect from a hotel. So my review is very poor.

No hot water The water to the showers and the sink didnt have any hot water to shower with. The fire alatm set off twice once around 1 am and then again around 5:30am. I didn't get much sleep from the alarms going off. Then the trash truck came around 6 am and woke us up again.
