I already booked my room and when I got there to checkin it was already booked to someone else.

The room wasn’t cleaned correctly.

It smelled it cigarettes, front desk person was rude,and it was dirty.Dog poop by a room door

CHEAP & far from inviting I would not book here again. Furniture seemed second hand, grounds maintenance looked unkept, cover on bed was more like a bedsheet. Did not feel comfortable or updated in anyway. Also, no USB hookup & very poor lighting in the room.

When we arrived, no bacancies and no one at desk.

Bed Bugs! Dirty rooms! Filled with druggies! Don’t stay here. Also Expedia refused to refund me even after I sent pictures of bed bugs, rash and said I had to sleep in a chair.
