Trashy and Terrible customers service Got there and the keys wouldn’t open the door. Had to wait almost two hours saying they could not do anything. Eventually they were going refund me and rebook a smaller room at a discounted price. They never refunded me, had to open a case through hotels.com where they only gave me a partial refund, so ultimately I had to pay more to stay in a smaller room. Had a terrible experience here during a four-day stay. On the second day my keycard stopped work ing. After three unsuccessful attempts at issuing a new card the front desk attendant took a couple screwdrivers and wedged them into the door jamb of my room and hit them until the door popped open. He then informed me that I’d have to leave the door propped open if I wanted to go anywhere because a maintenance man was not available to fix the door. Unbelievable. Front desk staff was super friendly and reassuring. But the room was not. Stains on the carpet, on the sheets, everywhere. One looked like a blood stain. I put it aside and went to bed. I was on my phone with the lights off when I saw something moving…..to find 2 roaches on my pillow. Disgusting. I did not end up sleeping there. I left immediately.
