NEVER AGAIN!!!! Well upon my arrival the first room I was given was not cleaned and had carpet cleaner(white powder left on entire floor and not vacuumed. I was then switched to another room which then a pest problem(roaches) which forced me to eat food else where as well as keep my clothes in my vehicles. I had to keep asking for amenities at front office versus housekeeping refilling throughout the day. The only good thing was “Yesi” offered to discount my first night but that was about it.

Roach Infested Hotel They have roaches. I went to the lobby and spoke with Desiree. I asked to be moved to another room. Desiree called the general manager, Yesinia, who said that I would have to pay a fee to move.

Horrible dont even Horrible Bed bugs Roaches everywhere

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because they kicked me out and banded me for smoking in a smoking room. I was paying daily and was very respectful to the staff and other customers. I wanted to make this place home for a while due to my auntie losing her place. I was stranded and needed a safe place to call home but now I'm sleeping on the streets with nowhere to go. I stayed 3 nights i ask them bout why i didnt have cover on the beds when i came n i had to go by 1

Not happy The front desk clerk had an attitude. I had to sit outside for 3 hours because i couldn't check in early. There were no cups or anything in the room and when i asked for a coffee maker i was told they didnt have any available. And then breakfast was wrapped muffin.

My stay was horrible. Roaches crawled throughout the room. I was able to kill a couple. Because of this, I would leave the lights on as I was told that would make them stay hidden. Therefore, I did not sleep until my body was exhausted. My room was never cleaned. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nor will I ever stay there again!
