Exterminator. I usually like Extended Stays. This location was terrible. No hotel shuttle. No breakfast. There were a couple of ants on the kitchen sink area. I saw a mouse run out of my room then under the door. They need an exterminator there.

Room was dirty. There was rice on the table & the knobs to cook were greasy and dirty as well. I could not use the kitchen at all. I was sick to my stomach !!

BED BUGS! This place is nasty. Even when reporting the bed bugs and i mean there were a lot, no one seems suprised or phased. This place needs to be shut down.
