Room smelled terrible. Dark hallways and no Ammenities

Frustrated Room was musty smelling, so much that I couldn’t sleep. Smelled horrible. Ladies at the desk where more concerned about each other’s outside life than customers. One had an un light cigarette in her hand, guessing she was waiting for a break. She looked right at me but continued her conversation. I was very frustrated about the entire stay

This place is a dump! The staff is very nice, but the place is beyond dirty. Room had dirty sheets, stained shower curtain, stained wall, cold water didn’t work in the bathroom, electrical cord for light and clock was snipped, hallways constantly smelled of weed and a dirty musty smell, backside of the property was trashed from people grilling/partying, the stairwells are disgusting (raw broken egg on stairs that appears to have been there for a very long time).

No airport shuttle- I booked this because I had a very early flight out. I assumed that since the hotel has äirport" in its title it would have an airport shuttle. Since it did not, I had to take a cab to hotel and then get a Lyft to airport in am. Extra trouble and expense. Seems like most of surrounding hotels had shuttles??? I am not sure if I should have researched this out better or not, but I kind of expect Hotels.com to evaluate some of features in hotel listings.
