Rude clerk. Too noisy to sleep. Bathroom Sink wouldn’t drain at all. Not enough bedding to keep warm. Left early in the morning to get relief. Etc

Hotel was in deplorable condition, smelled of pickles, kitchen area was heavily worn and refrigerator had dusty ice cubes in it. I would not stay here again.

Baby roach in bed! No soap in bathroom! Kitchen light did not work! And there was trash under the bed!!

Room smelled like vomit and chemicals, window was left open, I think the Cleaning lady knew it was bad.

My card was charged for a day that I had initially reserved and ultimately did not stay. Each time I extended my stay I had to bring my card up to the front desk for them to run it. $71.39 was charged. I would like a day in lieu of that purchase please. Staff tried to charge us after we already paid on Hotels.com. We arrived late and the staff was not at the front desk, had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Not only did they try and charge us, they tired charging us for two nights when were there less than 24 hrs.
