Disgusting. Every room was dirty and poorly kept. Simply shameful conditions. When the property caught on fire due to a careless cigarette disposal, it was discovered that the fire extinguishers were empty and expired. Just awful.

Trip ruined by fire at hotel. So the hotel caught on fire due to what was supposedly someone smoking outside of the room. I understand this is not the hotels fault. However the fire department shut the hotel down and we were out of a room at 4:30 am. The hotel was only going to reimburse for the following evening, and would do nothing about the night of the incident. Luckily Hotels.com stepped up and reimbursed for the additional night.

I realize that Extended Stays are basically a step up from a homeless, shelter, so I always try to set my expectations accordingly. Usually, they're a perfectly adequate place to say provided you're not spending much time there awake. This one didn't meet even that low bar. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging from one screw, there were beads and what I sincerely hope was a lump of melted chocolate on the floor from the last guest, and the sheets were the only bed coverings that looked like they'd been recently wash... read more

I arrived after midnight - having called about 30 minutes before arriving to make sure my room was still available - when I arrived the front desk clerk - wearing slides, a hoody pulled tight over his head, and sweatpants - had to go knock on doors to make sure a room was available - then he went upstairs with sheets to make the room ready - needless to say the room wasn't cleaned AT ALL. Requested non smoking room per reservation and was placed in a smoking room. Found bedding and pillows to be extremely used and uncomfortable.

The room didn't have a coffee pot, dishes...not even a cup or glass. Apparently, it was available upon request, but that's very inconvenient and a lot of extra work. The room smelled funny and wasn't totally clean. There was a weird smell in the hallway too. I paid extra for daily cleaning service and my room was never cleaned, even though I reminded the staff each day. Very small. Hardly any channels on the tv. No pool and when they said you can go go our other hotel 2 blocks over , they wouldn’t let you use it. Bathroom was dirty. Burners didn’t work great.

An "extended stay" should include better amenities (better breakfast, a commons area, fitness room,etc). At this price level, there should be more.
