My room was disgusting. Nothing was dusted, and there was thick dust on top of the lamps, lampshades, mirrors, etc. There was garbage and dirty socks under the beds. One bed had hair in it, the bedding smelled bad, and the top blanket had tears and stains. There were large stains on the bed skirt too. Also, the mattresses are so light that you have to be careful sitting on the end of the bed. If two people sat on the end of the bed at the same time, they would both end up on the floor. Room smelled like urine, furniture was in bad shape, when I requested a plunger because the toilet was clogged, they brought it up inside a piece of plastic covered in feces

Next, please! Front desk was pretty rude, hotel is dirty, the room was filthy. The sink didn’t drain. Pretty shady guests hanging around outside. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Double Billed Front Desk Scam Had booked online to pay at counter, upon arriving presented my reservation and CC. Ran CC and was charged for my online booking and the clerk tried scamming me to pay them directly so I was charged twice. While I was refunded for this it was the ordeal of having to call multiple times to get resolution. This is a scam they pull at the front desk, I wonder just how many people never notice and they pocket it.

I suppose the facilities themselves were acceptable. The loud and inconsiderate guests made my stay there impossible. The young woman who completed both my check in and out transactions was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It has yet to be seen how management will resolve my biggest concern.
