smelly room .bed sheets did not fit properly terrible top blanket,needs a complete make over

It was so filthy that I didn’t stay. This was the worst place I’ve ever been. I checked in at midnight and there was a guest at the desk complaining of bedbugs. I have photos of the experience it was so bad. A bottle of cleaner was left in the bathroom. The air conditioner was filthy with coins in the vent. The chair was broken and the remote was stuffed in the side of the cushion.

Do not stay here. It was so dirty upon arrival and smelled horrible. Bed dust ruffles were disgusting so I took them to the desk, which helped the smell a little. The staff did not go to inspect room and instead game me cleaner which I scrubbed the floor with and wow did that towel get coated in gray grime. Still did not improve smell, but desk staff did not seem to think it warranted a room check or anything else. The room i rented had bedbugs everywhere!! I will be calling Expedia and requesting an immediate refund.

Room wasn’t very clean. Carpet either needed deep cleaning or replacement.

Very disappointed ☹️ The facility was nice but the hotel hallways smelled horrible. Once you got off the elevator the hallway smelled like weed, the room smelled like smoke and a combination of weed. Turned my family off. Staff was friendly. I understand it is people who don't respect others but I won't stay again.
