Linen and towels were already used. I had my kids with me. They should have a cleaning crew who is cheap and cheating or the management don’t care

The bathroom is not clean,however the customers service was great

This property was filthy. I had a large hole cut out of the ceiling with nothing to cover it. No hair dryer. The ironing board looked like someone bled all over it.

Facility is clean. Never received room-service during the week I was there.

Unfortunately they did not do a good job cleaning the room. In the kitchen cabinets were empty cases of beer with empty bottles. Drawers in the night stand had trash in them. Cigarette butts in my air conditioner. 0 amenities and I mean ZERO! I will probably avoid these properties all together. Should have done Holiday Inn Express or La Quinta.

That we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to check in. There were 2 other families waiting. We kept ringing the bell and calling and no one came. Finally someone came from another hotel to check everybody in. My husband was waiting in the car and called the 800 number. When he finally got someone they asked what do you want me to do? You might be close to the airport but I will never use this hotel again. I did speak to the manager and she gave us a 30% discount but we felt they could’ve done more. Not very good, will not stay again. No dishes at all even if presented as a property with kitchen. No cleaning during the stay, short blankets, fan in the bathroom works so noisy
