I had a reservation they did not fulfill. The person in front of me had the same issue. Poorly run. Dirty in the lobby. Staff wasn’t hospitable and needs to vastly improve the communication.

Check in took 30 minutes waiting cause nobody was at the reception desk when finally a guy looking the neighborhood drug dealer with an attitude came in and was able finally to check in. No pots and pans, forks, knives, etc. Ben sheets with questionable cleanness at best. I have been to other Extended Stay hotels and this was easily the worse.

When checking in front desk checked in with man who was inattentive rushed with his ass showing horrible experience would not recommend this place too anyone

Not great The plus side: Check-in was easy and small, but sufficient breakfast muffins/oatmeal/snack bars in the morning with coffee. On the negative: My room was right by the elevator, so I heard the dinging constantly. In the morning I needed a blow dryer, and there wasn't one in my room. I called the front desk three times and it rang incessantly. I went to the front desk and it was dark with no one there (5am).
