This story ended better than it started, but we had to do some work to get there. The staff was very kind and apologetic. Upon arrival, I noticed missing stonework at the lobby entrance. The host was sitting around the corner, and muffled "Crap" when she realized I had been waiting. After getting my room (I had to ask for a second card and return to ask for my room number; she didn't write it down due to depleted card sleeves), I went to the room and gave a thorough inspection before our 3 & 5 year old children came in. Rooms could be better. No coffe in the rooms or blow dryer.

Old hotel The hotel needs a lot of updating. It's old and you can tell it old. The room was clean but I wouldn't stay here again. The check in person was extremely nice.
