Not the best This is a sad hotel with minimal staff. The people are pleasant enough but can't do all that needs to be done. Several times during my stay there was a sign at the front desk with a cell phone # to call if you needed help, because the manager was upstairs cleaning rooms. Rooms are clean but depressingly dark. Windows were foggy but that was okay because the view was of the parking lot. For an airport hotel this is not particularly soundproofed. Do not recommend The hotel lobby was dirty, the staff attempted to be helpful, but was not at all professional in appearance. I was unable to stay due to it being over booked even after being paid for. The people lingering outside the hotel made me glad I was unable to stay, they also appeared disheveled.

No Water No Accommodations No Accountability I booked 2 hotel rooms traveling for business. I check in after a 14 hr manual labor work day in the heat only to find out after we checked in that they shut the hotels water off. Four grown men couldn’t shower, wash a face, brush teeth after such a day. No accommodations were made. As of now no refund was offered or relocation to a sister hotel etc. Over all this stay was the worst of my work year.

The property was filthy, smelled horrible, leaks all over, no comforters, no shower curtain, no window curtain. There was not even a mattress to sleep on, had to sleep on a cot.
