our room had no air, phone did not work, outlets did not work. Was put in room 212 and that room was not supposed to be rented out. We did talk to the worker at the desk and we were to be refunded our 1st night, and it never was. They did put in a new air conditioner so the 2nd night was ok.

Stinky and run down Stinky and dirty hotel.

The property was gross. They had open wires hanging from the roof on the 3rd floor it smelled awful. The hallways say “no smoking but there are clearly people smoking cigarettes” I could hardly breath. They gave me 4 rooms that were so disgusting I wanted to leave. 2 of the rooms were not cleaned and had random stuff throughout (old food containers etc). Turned on the heat and the unit had a terrible smell had to turn off smelled like sewer odor.

Outdated and dirty This was just passing through so it was manageable, but not enjoyable. The rooms were very outdated and dirty.

Had to change rooms as bathroom got locked. Beds not so good and utensils not available for cooking

Sigh Terrible, hot water would work, got moved to a room with known issues...key didnt work...couldnt leave cuz id have to get a new key or ask the attendant each tine

This place was so dirty. I had to change rooms initially because my room had urine in the toilet and dirt all over the floor. This insinuates that they gave me a dirty room. The whole building smells like cigarette smoke. The carpets are stained and unvacuumed, and the elevator floors and the rest of the hardwood floors are not mopped or cleaned.. This was not worth the money I paid.
