Great staff.. The Headline Housekeeper was amazing. Not the best property condition and not to mention the fire alarm going off at 1am 😳 had to stand in the cold while fire department evacuated the building.

Noisy. Fire alarm pulled at 11:00 PM. No blankets just sheets. No breakfast, no coffee. Windows would not close. Temperature in the 30°’s outside. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Smelled like a smoking room. Trash on the floors in the hallways. I could go on but just know I’ll never stay there again.

This property is in disrepair. Its smells of smoke, the carpeting stained and ripped, The furniture and mattresses are stained. One of the beds in my room was broken.

Shower runs into the middle of the bathroom, stinks, bed shakes, noisy, didn’t have extra sheets, or covers or pillows!! Weed smoking everywhere! Also fire alarm goes!

DO NOT STAY It took over an hour to check in. We were sent to 3 different rooms because every one they sent us to had people in it. We could have been killed. The room we finally got was disgusting & reeked of smoke. I’m not one to typically complain, but this was SO AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE

Totally Disappointed When we checked into our first room, the stopper in the tub was missing. There were no cups or tissues. The battery was removed from the telephone. The room was dirty and it was evident that no housekeeping had been there.. Couldn't even call the front desk.We went downstair's . She took us to another room.
