I booked this hotel so we could sleep for a few hours after our red eye flight. We showed up at 6am and were planning to sleep until checkout at 11am. When we arrived we were told that our reservation was canceled because we did not show up by 1am. I made the reservation at 12:59 am. So not only was our reservation canceled by the hotel, they also will not refund our money because they said we did not show. Fire evacuation at midnight was not a good experience

We always want to provide a restful night's sleep for each guest, but when a fire alarm sounds, we must evacuate the hotel for everyone's safety until we can thoroughly investigate the cause of the alarm. Property was dirty and had a funny smell. People was actually smoking weed in front of the building. Would not recommend especially if you have a family.

I stayed at the one around the corner last year and it was like night and day. First off I got some water on the floor from my cooler and wiped it up with a white wash cloth which turned BLACK. Gee, if the floor is like this how is the rest of the place. Definitely makes me wonder. Also i didn't know that this place also sud as a halfway house as well. Now i understand that we all have a right to lay our head down somewhere safe. And I definitely wasn't pleased with the handicap bathroom either, reminded me of an old gym loc... read more
