The entire building is desperate need of cleaning. Appears to have not been properly cleaned in months by the oily finger print stains on all the door surfaces. After checking into the rooms we found towels with literal excrement shoved into the bathroom doors. Grease and food drips and splashes all over walls, doors, floors, headboards. Holes in the walls in rooms. Tub surfaces are peeling. Mopping floors and vacuuming outside of the rooms doesn’t seem to be a priority either.

There Were Issues I've stayed here before and this was my worst experience with it. There was no towel or washcloth in the room. The was only one garbage can, a tiny one under the sink. The bathroom door, though functional, was damaged. The towel bar was a bit out of shape (like someone had slipped and grabbed it to catch themselves). I haven't stayed at a worse place in a long time. Perry was about the only good thing here. It started with our rooms not being ready after 4pm. Then our linens were dirty, room had multiple roaches, and the smell was atrocious. We had to buy new linens because we never received any after asking multiple times on multiple days as well as candles to combat the smell. Would not recommend Supposed to be a 2 room suite. No sofa in the first room. Also supposed to be king bed suite. Had two small full size beds in bedroom area. All floors and bathroom were filthy. Pubes on toilet-nothing clean. Black fingerprints on fridge door. Stay somewhere else! Just dreadful! The rooms were dirty and smelled bad - clearly overwhelmed staff were doing their best, but didn't have enough of anything (no towels, no breakfast food, no housekeeping during our 4 day stay). Food kept backing up into the sink. Bathtub floor was all torn up; furniture was broken, scratched and dirty.

Didn't end up staying as they did not have room cleaned and available at 8:30 PM. Later said sofa bed was missing the mattress. Others started turning keys back in and asking for refunds because of bed bugs. Sat in lobby for over an hour while they looked at room and overheard staff talking about bedbugs.

Arrived an hour and a half after check-in time, was told it was still being cleaned. 30 mins later, get room. It was disgusting. Hair on towels, floor made all of our socks filthy, broken cabinets taped with blue painters tape. No blankets for pull out sofa. Missing remote for tv in bedroom. Forced to watch same channel for 4 days. Bathtub had slippery grime you had to step in to get in the side opposite the shower head. Toilet would not flush properly.
