Under staffed, no towels or glass in room, mirror was literally falling off the wall. "Grab-n-Go breakfast was only coffee.

Horrible place. Terrible customer service. Refused To refund me after finding a bed with dirt hair and bugs.

Dirty Dirty Dirty! Do not stay at this hotel. It is horrible and not clean. Front desk confirmed he was aware of the conditions of the room and were still renting the rooms. Very dirty and unsanitary.

No room despite reservation - no help in fixing I really can't speak to the rooms as I never got to see one. I booked my reservation 6 months in advance, but there was no room for me when I got there. They did check me into 1 room, but I discovered folks were already in that room. The assistant manager kept saying there was a problem and he was working on it. After over an hour I got him to admit that the problem was they had no more rooms and there wouldn't be any opening up. Dirty and understaffed The room was generally very dingy, dents In refrigerator, very dirty frudge door handle, walls, broken furniture, broken bathroom door, scuff marks all over the walls, sheets were clean but heavily stained. The underneath of the beds and furniture had clearly not been cleaned in months if not years. In addition to the general dingyness, the room was not cleaned prior to my arrive. The entire building is desperate need of cleaning. Appears to have not been properly cleaned in months by the oily finger print stains on all the door surfaces. After checking into the rooms we found towels with literal excrement shoved into the bathroom doors. Grease and food drips and splashes all over walls, doors, floors, headboards. Holes in the walls in rooms. Tub surfaces are peeling. Mopping floors and vacuuming outside of the rooms doesn’t seem to be a priority either.

There Were Issues I've stayed here before and this was my worst experience with it. There was no towel or washcloth in the room. The was only one garbage can, a tiny one under the sink. The bathroom door, though functional, was damaged. The towel bar was a bit out of shape (like someone had slipped and grabbed it to catch themselves).
