Terrible!!! This is the worst hotel stay I ever had. The photos on the website do not show how poorly maintained the property is. As soon as i drove into parking area it looked like an abandoned place with trash, mattresses by the trash can. Felt unsafe. The entrance was dirty and food smells as soon as you walk in. They make you sign a questionable paper. The elevator has cardboard on floor. And the room nothing like stated on website. A window had a crack and hot air coming in. Horrible experience It was a horrible experience. The guy at the front door was very rude. He assigned me 4 rooms, one after another. Once we go to the room, the room was not ready. Dirty towels, bed sheets all around. This happened 3 times then I got a room where there was no towels, insufficient pillows and bed sheets were dirty. Went to front desk several times to ask about towels and pillows. Finally got the pillows at midnight but never received the towels. It was a nightmare type experience.

Floors were dirty, the fold out couch had crumbs on it, the tile in the shower fell off, these rooms need a renovation.

Awful and dirty. Every thing that could go wrong or be wrong was. Everything broken. No water. Dirty stained mattress.
