The room given was so dirty. The room wasn't cleaned before they allocate it for me. To the extent of seeing used baby diaper and dirty trash unempty in the room. Even the bedsheets that i laid on was not changed before I moved in to the hotel. It was a terrible experience i have never encountered in my life. Poor management. No towels available throughout my stay. It was bad.

Staff was polite and kind, easy access. Simple check in. Room was not clean - smashed pizza rolls on the floor, something nasty on the kitchen walls. Smelled old and musty but that improved with running the A/C. Beds were comfortable. Towels were slim and no tissues provided. Would only stay again if absolutely necessary

Definitely do not recommend The hotel is not accommodating. I asked for fresh towels because of a leak from the toilet in my room and the front desk said that I could bring the soaking wet towels down to the front desk and maybe she could wash them for me. I went and bought my own towels. I stayed for a week and never received a room service that they state is once a week.
