No shower curtain, no bath towels, the toilet wouldn't flush, the air-conditioned sounded like a jet taking off, half the lights didn't work To much to mention

Id go somewhere else it needs alot of work, no towels, no shower curtain, toliet wouldn't flush, air conditioner sounds like a jet , no tv worked, says has couch wrong, half the lights didn't work, i had my grandkids with me and and they said they'd bring a royal away bed never happened they lied

Staff was nice and pleasant to deal with. Problem was that this place is in a well needed renovation. Bath tubs were old, paint or ceramic was peeling on it and we refused to use them. Stove top was rusted and dated. Customers there were dicey too and hall reaked of weed. I will stay clear of this chain of hotels from now on.

The the amenities and the pots and pans or utensilware fresh towels clean room where all my expectations that were not met the room however was not clean I had to switch two rooms the rooms had damaged the hot water did not work the faucet handle was hard to turn the sink in the bathroom was clogged overall I had to make the best out of it it was not my best stay but at least the employers hospitality was good they were really helpful and kind and polite.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. The key wouldn’t work in the doors. I had to ask for a refund and find another hotel to stay at.

No breakfast shower didnt work went to desk they booked couldn't switch room. Tv didnt work and sofa bed looked like crime scene

Do Not Stay at Extended Stay America This hotel was in terrible condition and did not feel clean in the least. The one bath towel we were given (for TWO people staying in the room) was dirty. We'd were booked for a 6 night stay and we checked out after the second night because i could not stomach staying there for one more night. I lost money but it wasn't worth my comfort to stay there just to save money.
