We arrived to find no one at the desk to help check in, 10 minutes later and 6 people waiting we finally get checked in. The keys to “our” room open up an occupied room instead. We had to excuse ourselves back to the service desk to explain their blunder. We then were given keys to our new room. We entered the room that had clearly been inhabited previously by a chain smoker that we had the pleasure of chocking on their remnants of smoke. The smell of the building is terrible. the staff was not at the front desk multiple times we tried to go there. floors were sticky, windows dirty, the bathtub was scary looking

Id go somewhere else it needs alot of work, no towels, no shower curtain, toliet wouldn't flush, air conditioner sounds like a jet , no tv worked, says has couch wrong, half the lights didn't work, i had my grandkids with me and and they said they'd bring a royal away bed never happened they lied
