Do Not Stay at Extended Stay America This hotel was in terrible condition and did not feel clean in the least. The one bath towel we were given (for TWO people staying in the room) was dirty. We'd were booked for a 6 night stay and we checked out after the second night because i could not stomach staying there for one more night. I lost money but it wasn't worth my comfort to stay there just to save money.

Computers Computers went down while we were booking and we got charged for our room. But we didn't pay the deposit so they wouldn't not give us a room. We had to wait for the computers to come back up, which we waited over 2 hours and they still didn't come back up and we had to go get a room somewhere else because we had to get ready for the concert that we went there for. So We never even got to see the room

1. No hot water in small kitchen sink and bathroom sink. 2. Assumed no hot water in shower and the tub plug was very nasty w a brown likr substance w what looked like broken plastlc in it. So we never showered 3. There is a lounge chair in that room that we never could get to recline at all. 4. There was no comforter provided. Appeared 2 sheets but froze all night. Hotel room conditions are bad with bathroom tile peeling and bathroom not clean nor well maintained.

Beware. The property was being renovated during our stay, but I have other concerns, as well. New flooring had recently been installed in room, but everything was covered in dust. Breakfast was continental breakfast, only -- oatmeal packets and packaged muffins (even then, one the kids grabbed was moldy). Bedding was barebones, but clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed.
