Wrong name on my room so no WiFi access. Door card key did not work. No hangers in room. Room had an iron but no ironing board. Paint was peeling off the bathtub. No one working front desk, had to call 0 on lobby phone and someone showed up five minutes later. Breakfast items were a joke. All employees at this site need to be fired.

Front desk was beyond rude. The entire hotel was super rundown. The elevator smelled horribly. The room smelled really bad of cigarettes and the bath tub faucet kept making weird clicking noises all night I did not stay the second night. I was scared to even have my car in the parking lot specially, when there were a bunch of signs saying they were not liable if things are stolen or broken into your car. Never again.

It's ok tub was awful in room 147 the couch was broke DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE, THE STAFF AND CLEANING LADY WERE GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY SO HELPFUL,AND GOT US WHATEVER WE ASK FOR SOOO NICE

This property was completely unprepared for the 3 inches of snow that fell the day of our arrival. They did not salt or plow their driveways and parking spots. And because the temps were so low, the slush turned into ice. Also the front desk clerk MaKayla was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. We checked in Friday night and they took payment with no problem. It was very un personal staff and no luggage carts but one so you have to carry all you stuff in one by one and they do nothing to assist you and have the plug in don’t work and they down size my room and did not accommodate me on it either

Place is a dump and front desk staff are unfriendly and borderline rude. Certainly not welcoming or accommodating. Hope you like granola bars and muffins for breakfast. That's all you get. But we didn't even get that. They hadn't put them out and it was after 8am. Terrible smoking odor in non-smoking room, disgusting stains on the desk chair, cheetos and blood stains on the pull-out sofa bed, and a giant hole in the tub liner housing who knows what mildew and bacteria. Disgusting.
