Filthy and poorly managed! This is the most filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is feces and urine stains around the property, dilapidated cars in parking lot, roaches, carpets are stained and urinated on, doors don’t lock, homeless people around, drug use abounds with management turning a blind eye. I tried to cancel as soon as I got there, but since I checked in, it was too late.

The front desk host had a hard time getting us checked in. Check-in took 20 minutes. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. It was also HOT everywhere in the building. The rooms are extremely dated and need major upgrades, especially with the sinks, toilets and bath tubs; they were disgusting.The air conditioners in the room made loud squealing noises and barely functioned. Mediocre & over priced. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation (which I had made a year in advance) had been cancelled with no notification to me whatsoever.They said they would honor the reservation though, so I was only mildly annoyed by that. One thing to watch out for is that they add an extra $100 deposit onto your credit card, which they claimed would be refunded in "7-10 days." I'll edit the review if/when that refund arrives. Do not stay here! The lady at the front desk was very rude. First off I was assigned to a room that somebody was already in!!! That was embarrassing the guy looked at me rudely and I said I’m sorry I was told this room! Only two towels in the room and no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch… which we had to use. I will never stay at the extended stay again..the tub and shower was peeling. Freezer didnt work...atleast give some of our money back nothing
