The room itself smelled like stale cigarettes and the hall smelled like mildew. Not a great impression to walk into

The hotel looks nice on the inside and out, but its one of the worst hotels ive stayed in. The "grab and go" breakfast is terrible. They had expired oatmeal packets, (no bowls), coffee, and crappy granola bars that were too hard to bite into. We went down there for breakfast and there was nothing out. I asked when breakfast starts and the lady was rude and said it was all out there, even though it wasn't. She threw out the granola bars, and when i asked for a bowl for the oatmeal, she said they don't have those and told me t... read more

The lack of staff hurt the facility. Had to bring towels down to the desk to swap for clean ones. The only breakfast option was instant oatmeal with no bowls or a granola bar.... nothing else

Lack of kitchen utinsels, pots and pans. Beds were uncomfortable. Lack of access to a public restroom for guests. The charge of a $100 deposit at checking charged at checking but would be refunded within 7 working instead applied toward room charge when checking out. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommended to anyone.

They didn’t give me access for wifi after I check out even thou I told them I need to book a Lyft. Ridiculous! I have to purchased xfinity wifi is about $20. Poor amenities!
