Did not have room we reserved or promised bath tub. One bed instead of two. Provided a lumpy roll away. Long stay place with mothers & children. Children unsupervised in halls. No utensils or plates or pans in kitchen. Only empty shelves & drawers. No ice machine. Frig has ice trays.

Extended Stay DID NOT honor my reservation. I requested an accessible room since I use a wheelchair. Despite having made the reservations months ahead. Extended did not have an accessible room. All other rooms, I could access the bathroom. I was forced to find at 11 PM, another hotel. I found a room for my 6 day stay at a Detla Hotel at double the room rate.

Room was dirty and breakfast non-existing, only coffee and a few snack bars. Very disappointing hotel. Will not stay at this location in the future.

No pool. "Breakfast" consisting of coffe and a few breakfast bars. An extended stay facility with "kitchen" that was essentially a sub-par hot plate and microwave.No over or workable burners. ABSOLUTELY NO PLATES, POTS, CUPS, UTENSILS,ETC. Unless we bought what we needed, the kitchen was unusalble. Not even a coffeemaker? This is the worse place I've stayed in from about 40 hotels in the last 10 years.

Opened door to room and bugs were all over the floor, the hallways smelled horrible too. Waiting for a refund due to we left the property as soon as we saw all the bugs in the room.

Advertised continental breakfast which was just a handful of granola bars, hallways smelled of urine, non-smoking room smell of smoke, room was not cleaned during the visit.

Run down and the place smelled HORRIBLE!! Wasn't expecting too much from this hotel but was still underwhelmed. The big problem was the intense stink that permeated the entire first floor and the halls on our 3rd floor hallways. First night found a large 1" bug (June Bug?). Reserved a King sized suite, was given a 2 Queen room. Towels etc had a 'musty' smell to them. AC did NOT work very well, and it was very hot during my visit... AC would have made my stay much better.

It was ok for a place to sleep. Just ok. The staff were pleasant but always away from the desk- we had to wait for someone to notice us during check in and check out, and when our keys stopped working after the first night. The lobby, elevator, and room felt damp. Our AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. The internet was extremely slow. We didnt use the kitchenette. Overall it was all clean but pretty rundown. Like i said- for a place to sleep it was just ok.
