First night found a large 1" bug (June Bug?). Reserved a King sized suite, was given a 2 Queen room. Towels etc had a 'musty' smell to them. AC did NOT work very well, and it was very hot during my visit... AC would have made my stay much better.

It was ok for a place to sleep. Just ok. The staff were pleasant but always away from the desk- we had to wait for someone to notice us during check in and check out, and when our keys stopped working after the first night. The lobby, elevator, and room felt damp. Our AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. The internet was extremely slow. We didnt use the kitchenette. Overall it was all clean but pretty rundown. Like i said- for a place to sleep it was just ok.

Sketchy Hotel is sketchy. Homeless looking people walking around inside lobby. Pool broken. Pull out couch bed had crumbs in it and would not fold back into couch.

Couch was broken, bodily fluid stains were all over the carpet, area was full of homeless, and they said Expedia didn’t pay them for the room and made me spend :30 minutes on the phone with Expedia before I could check in.

No customer service. You had to go down to the desk to get towels or kitchen items. The carpet is dirty. The shower hardly works.

This property should be removed from your website. We had to leave because it was so bad. Terrible odor and run down. I use your site often and this was a major let down!! Not a good reflection on your service at all.

The property is in a state of decline. It appears the owner is not providing any upgrades and the rooms are extremely out of date and not well appointed. The "free breakfast" is a joke.

This property is next to the high, way to much noise. Wen you walk in to the room it was muggy, they don’t supply extra pillows or blanket for the pull out sofa, the pull out sofa had stains in it, was dirty. We had to turn off the ac init because it got to cold it drop the temperature on its own. The blankets are to tin. The appliances are outdated. I felt I was staying at a motel. I will never book again.
