Terrible customer service. I was transferred to another location was not told when I called in the morning. The room had bugs and was dirty. We did not have towels or pillows. I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way. I was separated from my friends I went with. I called hotels.com was hung up on 4 times. They would not compensate me for all the problems. I will never recommend this service again.

The room was very dirty and unkept. It was unacceptable in normal times and even more so in the covid season.

Didn’t get the room I reserved I reserved a double Queen beds 4 days ahead of time but when I come to the hotel to check in all the double Queen was taken. They gave my room to someone else that I reserved, I was very upset I got my refund and left

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. We had a mouse in our room on the second floor and also cockroaches. Our experience here with horrible if something was wrong it went wrong when we were there. Left this hotel because of all the problems and asked for a refund and they weren’t going to give us a refund. It said no smoking but as soon as we stepped off the elevator there was a strong smell of weed. Disappointed in the laziness & facility. Property is extremely dirty and could also use a renovation. Painted over tub and tile to give them an appearance of semi clean, but still showing rust. Furniture was old, dirty, and chipped/torn. Kitchen, but not stocked with any utensils or plates, cups, pots or pans, etc… The only thing they serve for breakfast was grits and coffee, and claim that is due to covid, when all other hotels we stayed at during our trip served a full breakfast. I cannot say that I liked anything specifically for the location but I was seriously disappointed in my one night stay. The first room’s pullout bed did not work; getting stuck on the way out and it could not go back in. The room was not supplied with the towels nor did it have the pullout bed sheets, blanket, or pillows. The next room’s TV didn’t work. This was an extended stay that didn’t have dishes. Plus the hallways smelled. I will not stay there again.

expedia only gave me one room after asking for two and ewhen i called they confirmed i had two but once i got there i only had one room
