Friendly staff but needs work. This was a little too basic and a lot of the amenities are closed or non existent. I realize with coming out of Covid it will take time but there is a lack here. The pool is closed. No coffee pot in the room. No dishes (except for the plate that acts as the microwave tray). It was clean enough and friendly staff. Just needs a lot of help.

It was terrible to get up on the middle of the night an see roaches on my bathroom. There were no amenities in my room. There was only one working air conditioner in my two room sweet. The sheets were blood color stains. It was all over an awful experience.

I did not like that there was a mouse in the room roaming near the refrigerator. Unacceptable.

Check-in was really slow with two young women, one in training. Our assigned room had not been cleaned, so we didn’t even walk into it. Our next room had a stain on the sheets and a filthy sleeper sofa. The kitchen was tiny with old appliances.

When we got there we were assigned a room that was not clean and it stunk really bad, so then we asked for another one and he gave us another room key but as soon as we walked into that one we seen at least two roaches. Crawling on the counter & I did not feel comfortable at all. We had to ask for a refund & leave to go find somewhere else to stay!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Bad experience I would never come back to this Hotel. Here’s a list of things that was sickening to me.. 2 Roaches in my room Dirty bed covering Microwave was nasty Stove was really nasty Room smelled really bad I need the Corp office to connect with me . They never gave me back my holding fee and the room was left in same condition when I check in & I feel that’s a total rip off of my money smh never again
