The facility was clean and in a safe location. It was close to our family's location. Not all of the amenities were in the room. We had to request dishes and ironing board. Staff was responsive. The room was large enough to accomodate 3 adults. Our studio suite had 2 Dbl Beds and a Dbl pull out Sofa Bed.

The front desk clerk that checked us in (I believed her name was Alyssa) was exceptional. She was super helpful and very efficient. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The location was good and there were restaurants within walking distance. For the price it can’t be beat.

A few hiccups, but at least staff was attentive The hotel was short-staffed that day, and it took nearly thirty minutes just to get checked in. Apparently, housekeeping was way behind, and they rushed to get our room ready, which it mostly was. You could tell where they cut a few corners, missing a full trash can and the floors appeared to be barely swept.
