Front seat clerk needs customer service training! The lady who checked us in was very unfriendly. Only said enough to get by. There were a lot of people in and out of this hotel, coming and going. I always bring my own sheet and thank goodness I did. The sheet that was in there looked “used” and was very gross. When I tried to ask for another one there was no one at the front desk and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. The hotel itself was nice and was very good sized for the price but I doubt I will stay here again.

I called prior to notify them of my late check-in, get there and they can't see my reservation.

Melissa the desk clerks customers service skills were outstanding!!! I enjoyed cooking in the room, I managed very well with two burners and no oven. Lol The only dislike was the public restroom on the first floor being out of order.

Facility appearance is good, great staff, room nice. I stayed in a studio- has standard fridge, microwave, two burners that i did not use but awesome to have in the room, a table with two medium size revolving chairs. The entire studio was clean. Cons: The door to the room was to hard to open. Initially, I thought the card was not working. The elevator alert sound was too high. Also, it would be awesome if the main entrance could be upgraded little bit. In all, I will give 9/10. I will stay again.
