We didnt like the fact that expedia sold us a queen with a sofa bed and a/c and when we got there they had no rooms! The hotel did accommodate us in a room with a bed, no ac, no sofa bed and no shower curtain. For both nights!

Water was shut off with no warning for 4 hours! No breakfast as advertised. Not very clean

Pretty run down room with stains on floor and old stained tub, missing bathroom tiles. Linens were fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Bed Bugs & Roaches The hotel smelled awful! There was a dog barking the entire first day/night.. Second day I woke up itching like crazy.. when we got back to the hotel on the 2nd day we seen some roaches on the counter.. wasn't until we were packing up 4 days later that we seen the bed bugs 😳😳 I had never even seen a bed bug in real life until then.. now 4 days later we're fighting bed bugs in our home 😡.. Lobby was very cold the rooms were not as they advertised first room I was in no pull out bed no dresser no lamp. Website indicated there was a breakfast did not say they were following Covid rules there was no breakfast no pool and no furnishings in the room

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The worst hotel I've ever checked into. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and pot. Everything in our room was sticky. The bathtub was dirty. The sheets on the beds were dirty. There were other guests with pitbulls in the hallway not on leashes and people openly doing drugs in the back parking lot. We did not end up staying here

The room were out dated. No phones in room to call to get a blanket (cause there was only a sheet on the bed) the bath tub had stains in it. Absolutely disgusting!! Shame on them for charging so much for this room!@
