The inly thing nice about this property was the front desk workers. This hotel was disgustingly dirty. There were roach’s in our room, the bathroom sink was broken, the shower was cloaked up so the tub would flood. There were no shower curtain when we first arrived so we had to go to the front desk to get one. Asked to have maintenance come up to our room to fix the issues and to no avail no one came to look or fix anything. Checked out this hotel early to get out of there. I do not recommend anyone stay at this property

This was the nastiest, filthiest hotel I've ever been in. Stank to high heavens and the COCKROACHES were awful. The management would do nothing. I requested a refund, which I have never done in my life. I will never, ever stay in another Extended Stay, despite good experiences in other properties. This is both nasty and inexcusable. I have photos if you want them.

They cancelled my reservation after I called and told them I was broke down on the interstate heading there and that I wouldn’t make it that first night but was still coming for the next 2 nights

Place was not very clean. Did not even have a trash can in the room. Room service never came to replenish towels or toilet paper. Faciiiites over The staff was nice though. They did help getting nee rooms keys. They were polite as well.

Not clean, buggy, and smelled awful

When I check I had to drop bags and leave for kids basketball game… when I returned I pulled back cover and discovered hair on the sheets and red stop on sheets and pillows… so i ended up not staying

The property was marked as non- smoking but smelled like marijuana throughout halls. The room was not cleaned, kitchen sink was clogged, toilet seat was broken, and shower handle fell off in my hand. Window was broken from inside with broken glass still on the sill. Lady at the front desk was polite and apologetic but could not give me another room, could not convince maintenance to fix anything, and could not give me a discount. Stay somewhere else. Floors sticky, carpets filthy, pot smell throughout hotel, no microwave, ac leaked, workers were mean and on cell phone.
