Had to ask for towels. Keys stopped working and had to be reset.

There were about 20 empty beer cans in a Bud Light case underneath the sink. No room service on a daily basis. Once a week room service. To get new towels you have to bring your old towels, hand towels and washclothes down to the front desk to get clean towels. Surprisingly disappointing hotel stay.

Decent place to stay. There were a few hairs on the toilet. That’s the one place you should make spotless. Other than that the room was clean and neat.

Late checkin troubles We had to do a late checkin since we were traveling from far. So I called the hotel to inform and gave a tentative time of 12.30 to 1:00am. The staff mentioned we could reach any time. But when we reached there were no staffs. There was only one person, a security who was juggling between laundry and new guest checking. Exceptional value and comfort The is the third time my husband stayed at Extended Stay America. We were completely satisfied. The price is reasonable, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and pleasant. The most important reason for my choice to return is the beds are comfortable.
