Hard beds and pillows. Bed seemed really hard and so did the pillows. But we were grateful for a place we could all sleep in a bed. :)

Not clean. Had to clean the shower before taking one. Hallways were noisy and smelly

Ok stay I’ve never stayed at an extended stay and didn’t realize your room wasn’t going to get cleaned daily. Also “ free breakfast” should state free muffins/ granola bars and coffee. Also, the carpets throughout hotel needed vacuuming.

Front desk staff were really kind and always willing to help with anything. However, the room could have been cleaned better. The microwave had rice in it from some prior guests. There was also some sauce or something that had been spilled on the stove top that had not been cleaned. The shower curtain had two small blood stains on it. Most likely someone had cut themselves shaving or something and touched the curtain. It was not a massive thing, but They should have changed it rather than have it in a room for guest to see. ... read more
