Just not a good experience Construction in doorway. People hanging around. Police were there. A lot of them. Room old & seemed dirty. We were asked if our room was good we said no & they said there was nothing they could do about it. Why ask us than ?

Went to hotel to find out hotel was already booked.

No ice on premises, no room service (every seven days) breakfast is a joke(better quality at the dollar store) ac stop working I just left and went to the Hilton Garden because I had my 3 & 9 year old with me.

It stunk and just seemed dirty. The people were friendly. A lot of drama once I checked in.

The A/C would turn on but not for long so it was a bit warm. Told the lady at the front desk & all she said was that she would tell maintenance. Shower had no pressure & forget about the WiFi. I got no cell reception in my room either. The kitchenette was convenient, vending machines are over priced.

I made a reservation through Expedia and then found out that there were no rooms left when I got to the hotel I was told that there were no rooms available. Now I am trying to get a refund and Expedia can't even get in touch with the hotel. What kind of hotel doesn't even a sweet their front desk phone??
