It was 12 something at night I was checking in for the night when the lady at the front the desk stated that they didn’t have no clean rooms & every one who was waiting which it was like 6 or 7 other people waiting on the same thing. So the lady at the front desk said we have two options either they could relocate us 10 miles out at another hotel or call your 3rd party for your refund which I did call my 3rd party to handle the situation but it was just unprofessional

Chech in was long and painful. Worst experience ever. Clerk was looking for rooms were marked clean. Paid for the room there, got the key, beer bottles, food, water bottles, both beds visibly slept in, dirty towels all over the place. Went back to lobby, clerk looked in system for another hour only to day there are system issues and I can't find any clean rooms. Housekeeping and management issues. By this time its almost 1am. Asked that I wait until 1am to let other extended stay hotels do an audit so they could possibly fin... read more

The front desk clerks were very nice. We checked in and went to our room and were surprised to find that the room had not been cleaned up from the previous occupant - towels and garbage on the floor, beds not made, etc. So they moved us to another room - 1 floor above. Same thing only this room was in worse condition. The desk clerk came up and personally helped us move to yet another room. It had been cleaned so we stayed. Water leaking, sink in kitchen and bathroom. Front desk clerk in knowledgeable about anything, floor had smoke stench, worst experience ever for the price

Infested with roaches. The room seemed fine and clean when I first walked in, however after getting back from dinner at night I found several small infestive roaches in the room and bathroom. This room should not have been as much as it was given how infested it is.

Arrived late at night. Noone answered the door phone. After another guest arrived, same thing. Finally got checked in. Room looked ok. Found curly black hairs in the bed. Tub was slippery and almost fell. Elevator had been vandalized. Overall a 1 in an ordinarily 4 hotel stay.
