Not my favorite place. Need something, anything, serve yourself. I was expecting to use the kitchen area, the stove wasn’t working at all, refrigerator worked but it looked so run down, I use the microwave but it wasn’t warming up enough. No utensils in the kitchen at all, you have to ask for them and bring them yourself to your room. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, parking will cost you extra 6 bucks per night. We stop there with my son and wife, we haven’t sleep the entire night, there was like construction company guys drinking, smoke a mariguana on the hallway all night, I did talk to the front desk and they talk me that they can’t do anything about..

Not happy We had a pet room and it was musty and damp. The smell was awful.

It was a noisy dated hotel, particularly late at night Also looked a little short staffed at check in. Charged extra for parking, so greater than what hotel.com showed me would be charged.

The building had a funny smell which we looked past. 3 guest was changing rooms due to bed bugs. The 2nd floor is covered with them. Our room wasnt clean enough to walk on. Then the room we was changed to had more bed bugs. We left the build and i dont know how i am getting my money back.

The appliances were very outdated. The room had a bad odor, and there were stains on the bathroom floor and ceiling.

Disgusting I have never stayed at this chain, maybe I didn’t know what to expect. Was looking for a room close to Baptist General Hospital. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Beds unmade, bottles on the floor, appeared to have been occupied. They gave us another room and the keys didn’t work. Once we got in the room, cockroaches in the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN! Should have spent the extra $ and stayed at the Hampton Inn next door.

Property very barebones . Our door wouldn’t latch thus leaving our valuables unsecured we were told there were no maintenance people on the weekend .. Not good The morning of check out there was a man passed out on the hall floor in front of a room . I was told I would have a receipt e mailed to me . I have yet to see it . The staff was very nice I guess they were working with what they had . We will not return

The room smelled of mildew or urine or both. There was no toilet paper. The bedsheets weren't super clean, and the mattress underneath them was horrifically stained with God knows what.
