Over priced This hotel is old and not very clean. Their "free breakfast" consist of coffee and muffins, the kind sold at a gas station. They also claim to have "free parking" but they charge $6 per night. The location is great but we are never staying at this place again. It's over priced.

Friendly staff and cockroaches Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night. I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower. For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think. Parking rip off I have stayed at Extended Stay all over Florida and have never been charged for parking my vehicle on their property. The Manager of this property has decided to put a surcharge for parking your vehicle. In my opinion this manager is trying to take advantage of the situation because you have to pay for the parking separate and then you pay for your room. A bit of a let down The room was not clean, there was a large red juice stain on the carpet which had obviously never attempted to be cleaned, the kitchenette drawers were disgusting, and I had to kill a cockroach. The beds were hard, with a large lump in the middle, leaving me with a stiff neck and sore back the following day. No coffee pot in the rooms. Better options Place was kind of dingy inside. No warning that parking was extra. You had to go back to your vehicle to put parking slip on dash. Wifi very slow. TV was on the smaller side. Continental breafest entailed a granola bar and coffee self-service was limited to coffee mate creamer, Yuk.

Not a happy visit . We arrived at hotel at 2:45 and after waiting 10 minutes the front desk lady came out with a horribly wrinkled shirt and I’m pretty sure she was in back washing dishes it sounded like . She before we could say anything told us we’d have to wait at least 10 minutes before her manager was there . Not sure why but we smiled and sat down . Staff was great, but that place needs a cleaning and some painting...a management decision. My kids' feet would start turning black on the bottom after only about 20-30 minutes out of the bath.
