Not great At check in I was surprised with a deposit to my account in addition to the room charge plus a daily parking fee. This was not included in the information provided by Hotel.com. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded 3-5 days after checkout! Disclosure of these types of fees by Hotel.com would be appreciated.

Very Unhappy I have stayed here before and it was a good stay. This time i was very, very, unhappy. I didn't even stay here... There is information that needs to be disclosed on here regarding the deposit for this hotel if booked through this site.. If you go directly through the hotel site you will not be charged a deposit. It's not the point of" paying the deposit" but most adults plan their family trips accordingly due to having a family to make sure things are in order. The biggest terrible thing was as soon as you walked into the room it smelled horrible. I slept with my face covered since I was only there 5 hours. Location was fine 1 mile from dining, 5 min walk to river. But rooms were old, rusted hot plate stove dripping faucet, clean linens. I slept on top off blanket not in the bed & I found 1 baby roach in the tub. Basic breakfast only oatmeal & bagged muffins with coffee & hot cocoa. Staff very helpful & friendly
