My check in was the worst hotel experience of my life. I called to let them know I’d have a late check in due to a delayed flight. They said it’d be no problem and they’d leave a note. When I arrived I was told that the one device that is used for checkin was running an “audit” so it might be between 5 and 25 minutes until I could check in. Inconvenient to get to. Was close to the airport, a good thing. The property was small and parking a challenge to say the least. The inside room was not clean. The stove had old food around the burner. The bathroom had toothpaste on and in the sink. The carpet had chewing gum on it. On the bright side, the bed was clean.
