DO NOT STAY HERE Very disappointed. To many drug addicts staring you down there. The smell is gross & DO NOT BELIEVE THERE FREE BREAKFAST, because THERE IS NO BREAKFAST!! No staff around to help with anything & the elevator is a death trap

Property was fine, but when we arrived to check in there were no available rooms, even though we had prepaid through Expedia two months prior

They had oversold the hotel so I did not actually get to check in. They also charged me for the room so now I have to waste time finding Turing to get my money back.

Overbooked left me stranded. We prepaid in full. When we showed up at 9pm to check in, we were told that they sold our room out from under us leaving us stranded after a 8 hour drive. The front desk let it slip that they regularly overbook anticipating some no shows and if everyone shows up, oh well. I used to stay at this hotel 30 to 45 nights a year.they have lost me as a customer.

Never again at a Extended Stay was terrible The first room we were sent to had not even been cleaned. (Bed unmade, towels on the floor) The second room was at least cleaned. All night long the room above us had something going on all night. People stomping across the floor, furniture being moved all night long. I mean it was to loud to even sleep. The bed was hard as a rock and the sink dripped. We did not sleep at all. There was a no firearms sign on the door. I CARRY ALL THE TIME. ITS MY RIGHT.

Negative things Would have been nice to have a clock, extra pillows, ice bucket, tv guide & places to eat or order for delivery.
