Says they include breakfast but it is a bag type not actual hot breakfast. Did not have any toiletries at desk like lotion. Outside looked clean but inside felt dingy and room had an odor.

Bugs and not being clean was the issue. The staff was nice.

The beds did not have any blankets. They had one sheet, and a very thin under blanket. I tried to go acquire one in the middle of the night and nobody was available. So i just left. I would not stay here again.

Not Good Creepy people hanging around entrance smoking. Bad pillows, need remodel in bathrooms old and dingy. Obviously my husband did not research when he booked. Will never stay at an Extended Stay facility. Did not feel safe!

The front desk lady was very direct to the point. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would as a Engineer at hotels for years so I know what good service specially Front Desk service should be in that was not it. Our room was absolutely filthy which I have pictures of so I requested a new room which she reluctantly gave us. Disappointed!!! Beds were full size, not queen, blankets paper thin. Extremely noisy at night in hallway.
