Hotel didnt respect our reservations we made in advance, when we showed up they wrote on a post it note the address of another hotel further down the interstate to stay at instead even though we chose that one and reserved it based on its location to the airport. The new one we got forced into wasnt clean at all and was very inconvenient. No notice was ever given to me about not respecting my reservation, no phone call, email, or text was ever received.

hotel changes mr reservations last minute I was booked close to airport. I arrived early took uber to hotel. At the front desk was told the hotel changed my reservations and moved me to another hotel. I had to pay for another uber to get to the new hotel It would have been nice to have been told before i arrived of the changes. It changed my plans to meet with other guess arriving to meet me.

Stains all over the carpet there is a couple stains on the sheets was unaware that I would be beat out of $100 deposit due to being an inexpensively priced hotel where they rent to very questionable individuals. I was told I would be giving it back in the morning they would put it back on the card but when it hang time to check out they said it would take up to 5 to 7 days. What a joke

Terrible place If you’re looking for a drug spot this is it. I couldn’t bring my children there safely to stay, 1 channel worked on the tv, I was a followed to my room by drug addicts daily begging for money and pounding on my door at 3am it smelled of dog urine and when things were brought to the attention of hotel staff they thought it was funny. Worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever experienced

I have never written a review before until now, my experience at this hotel has been the worse. My first room had a guest in it, second room was not cleaned, and third room looked like no one cleaned up after a party. The check in staff was truely embarrassed but apparently now one was being responsible for making sure rooms were ready.
