Not a place I would stay again When I arrived there was an argument going on down a hall with the staff and someone staying there over housekeeping. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes then had to seek out someone for checkin. It is outdated and not a place to stay near the airport if you want quiet, comfort and peace of mind. I will not stay here again although for the 4.5 hours I was there it wasn't expensive. I also could not find anyone for check out so I had to call later 3 times to get someone to tell them I left ... read more

I was the victim of a hate crime and have no i.d. Expedia said I could stay there without ID and so I called ahead just to make sure the desk clerk said no they were canceled my reservation no penalties all would be well with the refund days later I realized that I'm charged $72 for the night even though it was $50 a night online don't know where that total came from when I called the hotel to ask for a refund I spoke to the same lady I spoke to previously and she said there was nothing she could do about it that that was th... read more

I was very disappointed this trip. I have stayed at esa several times before. When I made the reservation I was not told that there was no shuttle to the airport nor was I told anything about the 100 dollar deposit. The hotel was not near as clean as it used to be.

Not clean

cannot recommend very inexpensive in midst of dense population of hotels. However, carpet is stained and dirty; room is very cheaply and poorly lit--so dim couldn't read a newspaper. Bed is NOT comfortable. Odd odor to bedding. Scant bathroom linens. Replacement light bulb for wall lamp unavailable from staff. Not quiet--highway traffic and noise from all surrounding rooms made getting to sleep a challenge. Should have known what I was in for when noticed clock at check-in desk not running.

AVOID THIS HOTEL not recommened for families. Got to the hotel and they did not have the double room that we reserved online. Said they would give us a roll-away bed as an option. I said that was not an option for our family. Then offered 2 single rooms which would work but was not ideal. The front desk person was very rude and did not even apologize that we did not get what we had requested (even though I called the hotel and confirmed the double room 5 days before.)
