I paid for a double room and they did not have when I arrived.

Property was run down and listed amenities were not available. Different reasons were given, yet the Hilton down the street had all of their amenities available

The back exterior door's key card system didn't work. However, someone found a way to deal with it by putting a rock in the jamb to keep the door open 24/7. The elevator didn't work. I had to get the key to my room door reset 3 times before it worked. If course, that meant 3 trips down and up the stairs because... but, I digress. This property requires a deposit? Better hotels than this have no such policy.

Unsafe hotel room Room was unsafe and the only one available. Door was sprung and wouldn't lock. Door closure was broken so door was difficult to operate. Asked for another room but not available. Repair not available. Cancelation not available after 6pm.

This was possibly the worst place I have stayed. It was filthy, the check out employee was rude, there was no breakfast even though it said breakfast included, there wasn't even coffee. The worst problem was the shower in my room. It was not only broken, but the floor was cracked and had a huge hole in it. The water barely came out and within moments you were standing in inches of water because it wouldn't drain. Very dirty, worn room. Zero Stars! DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s rated a 7 but we are pretty sure this was ground zero for Covid-19. A Porsche pulled up when we arrived and we watched a drug deal. The room smelled like an armpit. There were hairs in the bathroom. We immediately left and got a hotel room across the street. They were nice and refunded our stay. Horrible!

After scanning my license when i was trying to check in, they said i was on their DNR list and could not give me my room i reserved months ago through expedia.I called and talked with someone after that...but nothing came of that so i went down the road and got myself a room at super8.

NOISE - from mechanical equipment - it kept waking me up all night long. No breakfast as promised on Expedia. This place is the Motel6 of extended stay hotels!
