This is a disgusting place to stay. The room was filthy, the beds were rumpled and carelessly made. There is a hole in the middle of the bathtub. To get to the front door, we had to pass through cigarette smoke because the employees and their friends had established a permanent smoking section right by the front door. They stayed there all day and late into the night partying and being loud. Thoroughly disgusted!!

We used this property last minute based on previous reviews. At checkin we were asked for a $100 deposit that was not disclosed in the fine print upon booking. My father needed lower level or close to elevator, but he had already been assigned a room that could not be changed. The room was dirty, footprint on the bathroom wall, layer of grime on fridge, smears all over cabinets. In the morning the free breakfast advertised had been discontinued 8/1/2021. Just disappointing all the way around.

No breakfast, no room cleaning, bad smell

Was extremely dirty, there was a rotting lime under the bed, hair all over the bathroom sheets had what looked like blood stains on them. The head board was filthy you could see the outline of someone's head on it so gross. Ended up not staying and driving the rest of the way home in the middle of the night. Never again!

The hotel was disgusting and dirty. I didn’t end up staying in it. I went somewhere else

It is close to MCI airport, but other than that, pay the extra $$$ to stay somewhere else. The room had food crumbs everywhere, food in the sink, hair on the toilet and in the shower, and sticky food remenants on the counters. The staff spent more time outside smoking with friends than working. It's cheap and you do get what you're paying for, a fairly unclean experience.

The young lady who was working the front desk is the only positive outcome and handled my situation with great leadership. I won't use this app again because it's misleading in advertisements and leaving people out in the cold for not making us aware of the 100$ deposit before we pay. If I would not have had 100, I wouldn't had been able to check in at all and no refunds...pretty crappy not to let people know

When we checked into our room, the door was open. We put our bags in and left. When we got back from our errands, we noticed the room was dirty, the bed sheets had hair and stains, and bathroom was extremely dirty. We did get to switch rooms but it was an inconvenience. We went to ask for more shampoo and had to wait 15-20 minutes before anyone came to front desk. They were in the office and not coming out.

Our hotel room was filthy: blood on the sink, toothpaste in the sink, trash wasn’t empty, chip crumbs in the sheets, hair in the bathtub. The beds were made, but the sheets had not been changed. We will not be staying there again. However, the woman at the front desk was very helpful & gave me cleaning supplies & clean linens.
