Rude unhelpful staff ! My fire alarm was going off and they wouldn’t change my room. Had to wait forever for someone to fix it. This was late at night and I just wanted to sleep.

The staff was nice. The place disgusting and smelly. I left and found another hotel because it smelled so bad.

Dont be cheap, this place is gross. Customer service was terrible. The lady at the front desk could not muster up even an ounce of effort. No greeting, no explanation of anything, no recipes offered. Nothing. Even the key to the room was just wrapped in a torn piece of printer paper with the room number written on it. Seemed odd. Room was dirty. White stains on black chairs, floors gross. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

The first room they assigned me appeared clean at first but upon further inspection it was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed. Plus there was a bug on the bed. May have been a tick or bed bug not sure but I asked to move right away. Was given the room next door which didn't have carpet but laminate wood flooring. No bugs spotted but again the floor wasn't clean. There were candies, dog hair and dust all under the beds and out in the open. I went to an extended stay, I'm guessing because of the CoVid there were no dishes, no pots and pans, no silverware, not kitchen nothing even though I had a sink, stove, and fridge. The fridge made so much noise I had to pull it out and unplug it and when I complained about how hard it was to get on the internet I was told to just call the internet customer service number

Cheap, but no great value Not allowed to park in back - said parking lot under construction. Never saw any work being done. Never could get WiFi to work, clerk who checked us in omitted vital info. No breakfast served, even though advertised on website. No utensils in room to cook with, no info on availability. Yes, it was cheap - but it was no great value.

Property needs major remodel/update. Pealing paint, stains on chairs,carpets. Staff were pleasant.

No one readily available at the check in/out counter. Waited 15 minutes to check before anyone showed up. Apparently that person was assisting the cleaning crew (my assumption based on that’s who she was with when she finally showed up. Asked for a coffee pot for the room. When it was brought up to the room, there were no coffee packets available. I realize CV19 has caused a change in a lot of areas but disappointed in the nonchalant attitude of the front desk people.
