The property looks okay but our rooms heating and cooling system was so loud and it says breakfast included when they are not serving and didnt let you know online or when you check in. Limited staff the bathroom door locked itself

Nasty hotel When I arrive my room was paid for and they charged me 100.00 deposit for this terrible room the bed was be uncomfortable you couldn't turn the shower to the bath tub we asked for a extra pillow and the young lady said they didn't have none but the night lady went right in there and got us one the chair in the room was very nasty I had to put something on it just to sit down I will never stay here again

Stay away from this place!! Check in staff was not friendly or courteous. The place was absolutely horrible! Filthy dirty everywhere. Hallways and rooms. We were traveling with another couple and she called to say the same about her room. Fecal matter in both of our toilets, bugs in the sink, trash all over the floor, spills and sticky everywhere. She had hairs in her bed. We checked out immediately. Front desk was apologetic and said they were short-staffed.

Mold in the room and hard bed and dirty room The halls smelled like food and moldy stuff. Found mold growing in the windows in our room which I get super sick from mold. Floor was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in room cause my socks were gross. Towel rack was falling off wall. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Check in person we had to find cause there was no way to get a hold of him. Check out time no one was at desk. Never staying here again.

They gave our room away Front desk staff was very nice. However, it took a LONG time to check in just to find out the room we had booked wasn’t available. We were told we were being upgraded to a better room but when we go to the room it only had 1 queen bed (we’re a family of 5 adults and teenagers!). We were then moved to a room with 2 queen beds, which was still smaller than what we’d booked. The air conditioning didn’t work right! Overall very frustrating situation
