Shady Shady Shady. Management is very Shady and the way the billing is done here is so wrong and shady. They bill unlike any other hotel even same name hotels we’ve stayed at. They over bill. They call your character into question just to make themselves feel better. We will not ever stay there again.

Cancellation difficulties Did NOT check in because clerk informed me they discontinued airport shuttle, which was needed for our trip. Said they'd cancel my reservation but needed to go through Hotels.com to cancel. Tried to do so but only got chatbot which wouldn't acknowledge my reservation number

Hotel was dirty! Bathroom door was filthy and hair in the fridge and dirt and grime on the fridge door. Remotes didn’t work for tv either.

So bare bones that they didn’t even have hangers in the closet. Charged a security deposit that was more than the cost of the room and had to review and sign a long document of conditions. Free breakfast was pathetic. Despite being an airport location, no shuttle service to the airport.

More like "Stay away America" This hotel was gross. First they gave away our reservation and then took forever to provide us "an upgraded room" for the same price. What a joke. The room was dirty and cramped. Old and outdated. The pull out couch bed was broke. Do not recommend
