I Cancel my reservation after I was told, that I had to put a $100.00 deposit on the room and would only get it back after a manager inspects the room.

Rooms are very dated and in need of a complete upgrade. Kitchenette is circa 1950s and the refrigerator makes enough noise to disrupt most sleepers. The room smelled absolutely horrible with some combination of past smoke plus chemicals / cleaning plus unknown odors likely from mildew or deteriorating carpet. I had to leave the window open the entire night to exchange fresh air to make it tolerable. Pathetic small gym with no windows and an ancient cycle and treadmill closed for covid. My bathtube had a leak and my pillow were not comfortable and they had to switch me rooms because my first room the toilet didn’t flush at all and i used to go there but i will not be going back to extended-stay i paid 200 dollars for poor service never again

Booked a room that included a pull out bed to sleep six. Room had a small kitchenette. But... the mattress in the pull out was barely over a twin and probably 30 years old. I think there was mold on it, as well. No bedding was provided in the room. Went and asked the staff for it. Was given sheets and a blanket, asked for pillows and was told they only had one available. One extra pillow in the whole hotel? Also, there were no dishes or cups in the room at all. The room I was in the bath tube didn’t work it didnt drain the water. I then told the staff they said that they would have the guy come the next morning. He never came then I went back down the next day and asked about the tube again then said that they put in a work order. I was never asked if I wanted to change room so that we could have a working shower. Just crazy and very upset about it. Terrible place unless you are desperate The delux suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed is a lie, there were only 2 queens and only about 2 foot of clearance on either side of them. Bathroom was covered in soap scum and calcium residue, the carpets were covered in crumbs from previous guest. We left after 15 minutes of checking in when i complained and demanded a refund the clerk said they could give us a rollaway bed to accommodate (3 adults,3 kids), but it was a small onevand wouldnt fit anyway. Wouldn't give me the room I reserved after saying they didn't have one and they overbooked. Finally after 20 minutes he said he had one which we needed for the room. The place was just plain nasty and after driving for 14 hours we ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Very dirty place and stinky.
