Not happy at all The room didn’t have a kids channel and my daughter was crying so we ask the clerk if we could get a refund and she said that her manager would be able to process the refund so we left. A few days later we called the hotel to ask about the refund and they said that because I booked the room through a third party they couldn’t process the refund. There was a mix-up at check-in. The front desk was very apologetic, but it took a while to resolve, and it was already late at night. Terrible smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room, despite being a non-smoking establishment. Noisy heating system. A roach ran across the bed the morning of our checkout.

it was lousy; They had not told me that I would have to pay a deposit and also that the only way to pay that deposit would be with a credit card only. Since I didn't have a credit card at the time, I offered to pay cash or with my debit card but they said no. As they did not give me any alternative, I had to cancel and go to sleep at the airport. Appalling; I don't recommend that place at all.

They said they serve breakfast BUT they don’t actually have anything besides terrible coffee and overpriced vending machine food.

Was in a room where people beside me and above me woke up at 4am and started talking until 7am, hair dryer was not functional, in general, this was a very bad experience.
