KC Trip Great location, however there is no actual breakfast, just coffee/tea and some snacks. Overall experience was fine, but they desperately need to do something about customer service there. Other than one friendly person at the reception (I think she was the manager) the rest of the staff we dealed with seem to lack basic social skills or desire to use them. Im debating my self into if I would stay there again or not.

Clean and simple, great location This is a rather 'bare bones' hotel, very near CC Plaza. Desk personnel ranged from not useful for info to downright rude and unfriendly. However, the bed was comfortable, heat/AC work fine, it was clean and easy to park. Breakfast was coffee and 'energy bars' or packaged muffins or packets of instant oatmeal. Kitchen was completely un-stocked but we eventually got a coffee maker, toaster and 2 plates and plastic glasses, so we were okay.

Not bad but not worth the cost. I've stayed in Extended Stay hotels before when I needed to stay 4 or 5 days. Because the price for renting this room was 5 times more than I'vd ever paid before, I expected something different. In fact, it was just like the others I'd stayed in with one exception. This hotel is only a block or so from Kansas City's Country Club Plaza. Nevertheless, I had too unusual experiences. Good experience, other than a drunk guy walking through the hotel in the middle of the night being extremely loud.

We were close to our wedding and reception sites and the hotel was clean and staff was helpful for our short one night stay.

Location is Good. The best reason to stay at this property is the location. It's a good central point to the KC Metro area. The hotel itself is a little overpriced for an Extended Stay. The staff is minimal and not the friendliest.
