Good Value near Country Club Plaza This was a good priced hotel in the Country Club Plaza area of Kansas City. The hotel had a nice sized parking lot and was within easy walking distance of the plaza. The room itself was large and clean.

Awakenings Elevators ring at every floor at all hours. Sleep in the AM is not possible. Location is the only thing keeping this place in business. What they could make up in service they don't, it's their worst attribute. Solo only here.

The location of this hotel...so close to the Plaza, is the real upside. It is very basic and is worn but not really dirty. The price was right for us as we were just sleeping there.

Great location. Ok service Location is excellent. Not impressed by only getting housecleaning service if you’re there a minimum number of nights

KC Trip Great location, however there is no actual breakfast, just coffee/tea and some snacks. Overall experience was fine, but they desperately need to do something about customer service there. Other than one friendly person at the reception (I think she was the manager) the rest of the staff we dealed with seem to lack basic social skills or desire to use them. Im debating my self into if I would stay there again or not.
